Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring for a Commercial Loan Services Specialists within the bank’s Research team for a bank in the Midwest.  Applicants must possess at least 2+ years in banking, finance or commercial loan operations.  Applicants must also possess strong attention to detail, be a self-starter, someone who can stay organized and on task as well as are able to learn new systems/processes. 
Location: Remote
Responsibilities/What to Expect

  • Monitor daily suspect and maintenance reports for resolution.
  • Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions.
  • Process financial transactions and balance batches of work.
  • Receive and interpret loan documentation.
  • Maintain acceptable quality standards through review of daily work processed by other colleagues which may include financial, collateral, or other research related transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of finance, banking and/or commercial loan operations experience.
  • Self-starter with excellent follow through and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adhere to time constraints and hit tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Ability to learn complex business processes and new systems

Nice to Have Skills

  • Financial balancing and reconciling experience.
  • Basic experience reading and interpreting complex commercial loan credit agreements.
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience handling large dollar transactions.
