Job Title: Platform Support Analyst 

Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Platform Support Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients. This is a remote opportunity.  The selected candidate for this position will support the FIS IBS and BI platform throughout the organization. An ideal candidate will have experience with the administration, configuration and oversight of various banking core and originations platforms. The candidate must have a strong reporting background and ability to produce complex reports that will be consumed by the leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the administration, configuration and oversight of the various banking core and origination platforms. 
• Will be the resident expert for systems assigned and support other Platform Support Administrators and lines of business to ensure functionality of the systems. 
• Will be responsible for staying up to date with software changes and improvements. This may include training sessions provided by vendors (in person, conference calls, webinars) or by independent research.     
• Responsible for reviewing and testing system updates.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation of processes and procedures for various systems administrated by the Platform Support team.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience providing technical support for the administration, configuration and oversight of various banking core and originations platforms.
  • Specific FIS IBS and Business Intelligence is preferred.
• Proven ability to build out complex reports.
  • Must have strong SQL Skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Proven ability to creatively problem-solve issues and correct any underlying systematic gaps.
