Job Title: Scrum Master (Mid-Level) 

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily standup meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective sessions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective execution of project tasks.
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Maintain and optimize the use of Jira for project tracking and management.
• Promote and enforce agile principles and values within the team.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks and impediments that may affect project delivery.
• Foster a positive and energetic team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management and tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for agile practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
