Job Title: Digital Solutions Delivery Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ

What you’ll do:
As the Digital Solutions Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the delivery and support teams, business partners, vendors, and colleagues to support digital solutions. This is a challenging role that requires an ability to manage the build, release and support of the systems that are part of the digital solutions team. Strong strategic, critical thinking and problem analysis skills, as well as communication and collaboration skills are required. This role will lead alignment of the Digital Solutions team, business stakeholders and technology for delivery of platforms with a strong focus on continuous delivery of quality functionality for the bank.
Ensures technical designs and solution delivery aligns with the architecture, design, and business objectives. Understands the objectives, desired outcomes and business process within the relevant domains or segments.

What we are looking for:
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the core responsibilities and accountabilities for the team and related performance measures, KPI/KRI’s, such as delivery velocity and quality.
  • Manage the release process, work hand and hand with the teams to ensure features line up to releases and dependencies are aligned to the release and conflicts are resolved with other teams.
    • Drive Planning and Coordination for Delivery of Releases
    • Resource and Delivery Management
  • Develop artifacts, such as standards, and technical process documentation that can be leveraged to optimize and make best use of technology offerings.
  • Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with developers, vendors, implementation team.
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of the current state business process, functional capabilities and technology eco-system supporting the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand any overlap of teams and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience is required.
  • 8-10 years’ experience delivering operational or technical capabilities as a service to the organization, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 8-10 years leading people and developing expertise to manage a scaling environment, working to develop opportunities for people from within the organization and growing a team to be a leading contributor to our future success.
  • Strong strategic & critical thinking skills, as well as communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior track record in building software development teams
  • Ability to innovate, think creatively, does not feel shy in exploring new innovative ideas and approaches.
  • Demonstrated history of managing software development teams delivering digital banking
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and COTS application implementation and integration.
  • Fundamental knowledge on technical architecture to deliver a resilient processing environment is also desired.
  • Operate independently given direction, set direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.
