Job Title: Business Development Executive – Banking & Financial Services
Location:  Columbus OH or Remote
Travel:  Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to 50%

Heitmeyer Consulting is a rapidly growing professional services firm. We have a fantastic team, great client partners, and a competitive industry niche, solely focused on supporting the Financial Services Industry through advisory & consulting services and strategic staffing services.  We are based in Columbus, Ohio and have clients located across the U.S. and Canada.

As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are looking to add a senior team member to focus on new business development. This is a direct client facing position with key duties that include adding new customers and supporting the sales function to expand within existing customers. If you have C suite relationships and experience selling a service or product to banks and insurance companies, this may be an excellent opportunity for you. 

Experience Needed:

• 10+ years of experience selling professional services or products to banks and other financial institutions.  A combination of working inside of a financial intuition and selling services or products to a financial institution will be considered.
• Broad, high-level knowledge of banking and the financial services ecosystem.
• Proven ability to leverage your own network, as well as the networks of Heitmeyer and others, to create new partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience driving new professional services or product agreements to add new customers.
• Skilled with leveraging subject matter experts (technical, domain, etc.) to add credibility and win business.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills and a desire to make others better (regardless of reporting structure).
• Experience selling consulting services, professional services, and staff augmentation is highly preferred.
