Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring for a Mortgage Loan Admin for a bank out of the Midwest. This person will be responsible for various administrative tasks for loans that are currently going through the loan origination process.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, e-filing imaged documents, ordering third party services, e-delivering appraisals and pulling fee information.  You will not be dealing directly with borrowers.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and be able to key in information correctly and accurately.
  • Previous experience with e-filing imaged documents, ordering third-party services, e-delivery of appraisals to borrowers and pulling fees.
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to work with a variety of different people
  • Weekly onsite attendance is a must
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn a lot of new things quickly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous mortgage processing or mortgage admin experience
