Job Summary
Our banking client came to Heitmeyer seeking Access Control Specialists to join an existing team to help conduct access control reviews of legacy applications on a homegrown system to meet regulatory requirements. This is all to prepare for the migration to its new platform. These roles are 100% remote sitting in EST or CST time zones. It is required to work EST hours. There is potential to hire on with the client depending on SailPoint expertise, performance, and headcount.

Job Description:
Working on a large team, the Access Control Specialists will be conducting access control reviews of legacy applications by interacting with technology (owners of applications) to gather information regarding the provisioning, authorizations, and approvals of users to identify any unnecessary or redundant access privileges. This team will also be responsible for providing best practices related to bank regulations and Identity Access Management.

Required Skills:

• Senior or mid-level experience in access control operations with Audit, PCI, SOX type background
• Experience with periodic reviews in access controls and access certification
• Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) in a regulated bank institution and must understand IAM principals.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator and assertive to gather information from technology owners of the applications
• Must take initiative and be a go-getter

Preferred Skills (nice-to-have):

• SailPoint experience is preferred
