Job Summary
Our banking client came to Heitmeyer seeking assistance to conduct access control reviews of legacy applications on a homegrown system to meet regulatory requirements. They need a Project Manager  or “Task Manager” to manage the workflow of tasks to complete the reviews. This is all to prepare for the migration to its new platform. This role is 100% remote sitting in EST or CST time zones. It is required to work EST hours.

Job Description:
Working on a large team, the Project Manager will be overseeing the project workflow and coordination of tasks that are being executed by the team of specialists. This will include validating the data provided by the specialist to ensure tasks are in order, uncovering any risks, dependencies, and roadblocks if there are any applications held up, and escalating these to leadership through weekly status reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Senior project management / coordination experience.

  • Experience working through workflows that are manual to manage tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner and escalating if not

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Knowledge of IAM and Audit in a regulated bank institution

  • Strong communicator. Must take initiative and be a go-getter.

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to identify risks and dependencies 

Preferred Skills (nice-to-have):

  • SailPoint experience
