Job Summary
Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking Senior SAM SME/Implementation Consultant for its banking client to lead a SAM upgrade from version 9.1 to 9.2, alongside a backlog of AML features. This role requires travel 3-4 days a quarter for PI planning and must work EST hours.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities include leading the SAM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade, including hands-on design, development, and UI configuration, guiding a team of 6-8 developers on SAM and Actimize best practices and execution, prioritizing and documenting AML features and stories, providing regular updates to technology leaders and architects, performance tuning, and facilitating PI planning.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with SAM (version 9.1 or 9.2 preferred, not required) in design, development, and implementation.
• Strong Oracle database knowledge (query writing and performance tuning).
• Agile methodology experience.
• Banking industry experience.
• Strong communicator with the ability to lead conversations and maintain focus on deliverables.
• Results-driven, able to prioritize urgent tasks and avoid unnecessary discussions.
