Job Summary
Heitmeyer Consulting’s banking client is seeking a Credit Card Conversion Lead to oversee its credit card conversion. As a direct employee, this role will be the admin of the new platform going forward. This role is 100% remote with monthly travel during the conversion and then quarterly travel post conversion. The ideal person will be in Texas but can also reside in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, GA, LA, MN, NV, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA.

Job Description:
The Conversion Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the credit card conversion project, ensuring deliverables are met on time. Some of the key responsibilities include creating a project plan, reviewing existing system architectures to provide improvements, designing integration solutions between legacy systems and new platform, developing data migration strategies such as data mapping, testing the application, and gathering and translating technical and non-technical requirements to business, finance, technology, finance, and vendors.

Required Skills:

• End to end conversion and system integration experience at a bank size under 10 billion
• Experience working at a small bank or community bank
• Credit cards experience
• Experience in data mapping, pulling data and connecting data points, and translating to non-technical teams.
• Solution architecture experience
• Testing experience with the ability to come up with a test script
• Excel
• Process mapping experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and ability to manage tasks with no support.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulations

• Visio
