Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring for an Incentive Plan Specialist for a bank in the Midwest. Applicants must possess 5+ years of related HR/Incentive experience, preferably in banking, where they’ve designed and modeled the incentive plans, and is an effective communicator with senior leadership to influence and develop various incentive plans across the Consumer Bank.
Location: Columbus, OH
Responsibilities/What to Expect
- You will strategically work with various lines of business – specifically consumer finance, mortgage lending, operations, processing, underwriting and vehicle finance – indirect auto
- You will partner with the business leaders, understand the strategy, design new or modify existing plans,
- Will also work closely with the compensation teams and business stake holders, monitoring the incentive plans, forecasting what these incentive plans will look like with finance and handling a lot of the modeling for new incentive plans.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of related HR/Incentive Experience, in any industry, but banking would be a plus.
- Previous Experience around designing and modeling incentive plans
- Strong communication and ability to influence senior level leaders who are creating and setting strategy for various lines of business.
- Must be an independent worker who has strong organization and planning skills as this person will be asked to prioritize various items, work with compliance, validate incentives, program the incentive plans, manage a check list and process multiple priorities all while staying on top of and following up on various priorities.
- Needs to be a go getter who knows where to go and what to do and doesn’t wait on being directed or told what to do.
Nice to Have Skills
- Incentive plans / HR experience in Banking.
