Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support one of our financial services clients. This individual will play a crucial role in preparing and reviewing specific regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This specific opportunity will be supporting the group that is responsible for SEC and Liquidity Regulatory reports(2052a). Strong Excel and data manipulation skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset to effectively support our client’s BAU operations to backfill current team members being pulled into project work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Data Management: Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity. Utilize strong Excel skills for data manipulation, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data needed for reporting. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
• Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and assess their implications for reporting and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting or financial analysis.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing regulatory reports specific to the industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data manipulation and analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific regulatory reporting requirements and ratios including:
  • 2052a Report
  • LCR (Liquid Coverage Ratio)
  • NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio)
