Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring for an Associate Project Manager/Project Admin to support the bank’s regulatory project for a bank in the Midwest.  Applicants must possess a strong foundational knowledge of banking and some of the major regulatory bodies, have a strong attention to detail and be a strong communicator.  
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities/What to Expect

• This role is responsible for supporting the banks current and future Regulatory Examinations.
  • This will include tracking and reporting on active regulatory items
• You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and the Regulatory Liaison within the PMO
• You will track and develop reports on regulatory examination requests.
• You will assist the Regulatory Liaison with the creation and roll out of standardized examination management processes and best practices for the bank.
• You will work with the internal PMO as well as external teams, to define, plan, and execute PMO Examination Process Improvement projects.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of banking or project management experience within banking.
• Must be a strong communicator who can partner with several internal stakeholders within the bank.
• Must possess good attention to detail and be able to partner and follow instructions.
• Must have a good banking foundation and know who are some of the major governing bodies within the industry.
• Must have a Bachelors degree of any kind.

Nice to Have Skills

• If you have any banking regulatory experience that would be a plus as you will be partnering with the PMO’s regulatory liaison.
