Job Title: Salesforce CRM Business Analyst
Location: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Buffalo, Albany, NY 
Travel: Twice annually
 
Job Summary:
Heitmeyer is seeking a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to join its banking client’s Salesforce CoE to support institutional banking and servicing bankers  through CRM Analytics, dashboard optimization, account layout updates, and more to enhance productivity.
 
Responsibilities:

1. Act as a liaison between lines of business (LOB) and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements.
2. Perform solution design architecture, including field-level security and data models, as a Salesforce Admin.
3. Analyze and manage data through Salesforce reporting tools and dashboards; pull data with SQL.
4. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support Agile processes such as sprints and squads.
5. Assist with change management, including creating release notes and supporting smooth implementation of updates.

 
Must-Have Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience (self-starter with minimal supervision required).
• 1-2 years of Salesforce CRM experience in customer relationship management
• Commercial Banking experience
• Proficiency in solution design architecture, including Salesforce Admin
• Data and reporting expertise using Salesforce native tools and SQL (writing SQL helpful but not required).
• Problem-solving mindset with experience in UAT and Agile methodologies.

 
Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in commercial banking and lending products
• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and nCino
• Salesforce Admin certified
• Wealth experience
