Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of a secure key and identity access management effort for our banking client. This role is critical to addressing internal deficiencies and ensuring secure key management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably in security and IAM, process improvement expertise, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendor resources.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and enhance secure SSH Key management processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

• Deliver process improvements and recommendations to address deficiencies.

• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team members, including external vendor resources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from security, finance, and infrastructure teams to align program goals and execution.

• Identify and mitigate business risks while ensuring the effectiveness of existing controls.

 
Must-Have Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in an enterprise environment, with expertise in building, managing, and delivering complex IT programs.

• Preference for candidates with a Security and IAM background or experience in SSH Key management and/or certificate management.
