Location: Cleveland, Columbus, Buffalo, Albany
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in large-scale integration efforts with debit/credit card experience. This role involves requirement elicitation, process mapping, and acting as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful integration.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement elicitation activities, including workshops.
• Perform detailed process mapping using tools like Miro, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Conduct data mapping as part of integration efforts.
• Proactively problem-solve and navigate through ambiguous scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

 
Required Skills:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical BA on large integration projects.
• Strong background in banking and cards, including consumer credit/debit or commercial card expertise.
• Deep understanding of POS systems, card networks, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to work effectively in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Highly analytical and proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

 
Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in data mapping
