VMO Governance Analyst II

Summary:
The VMO Governance Analyst II supports the development, maintenance, and improvement of VMO governance, tools, workforce enablement, and reporting. This role ensures compliance with VMO standards, enhances processes, and contributes to training initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance VMO programs, tools, training, and reports.
• Assess gaps in existing materials and recommend improvements.
• Design and deliver new governance-related initiatives.
• Plan and facilitate team meetings.
• Conduct research and analysis to support VMO efforts.
• Organize and manage documentation for user accessibility.

Requirements:
Minimum:

• 5+ years in a delivery role (e.g., BSA, Tester, Developer) or within a VMO.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Visio (or similar tools), and O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and making recommendations.
• Technical writing experience with process and procedure documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with product delivery frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred:

• Experience creating job aids and procedural documentation.
