Fraud QC Testing Analyst

Position Overview:
As a Fraud QC Testing Analyst, you will support the Quality Control (QC) and testing processes within the Fraud Management team. You will be responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews, testing fraud detection systems, and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in fraud prevention measures. This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high standards of fraud detection and prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Quality Control and Assurance – Perform quality control checks on fraud detection alerts and cases to ensure accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Review and analyze data, transactions, and case documentation to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Document findings and discrepancies, and escalate issues as necessary for resolution.
  • Testing and Validation – Assist in the testing and validation of fraud detection systems, rules, and models.
  • Execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of fraud prevention tools and technologies.
  • Report and track defects or anomalies identified during testing and collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze test results, performance metrics, and trends related to fraud detection and prevention.
  • Prepare reports and summaries documenting testing activities, findings, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Present findings and reports to stakeholders, including management and relevant teams within the Fraud Management department.
  • Process Improvement and Documentation – Assist in the development and documentation of QC processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in fraud detection testing and QC activities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of best practices and standards to optimize fraud prevention strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication – Collaborate with Fraud Management team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding testing status, issues, and recommendations.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills and contribute to team goals.
