Location: Ideally Cleveland/Akron, Columbus, Buffalo, or Albany, but remote candidates with the right expertise will be considered.
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master to join our banking client’s Commercial Banking Security & Integration Team, supporting various integration projects from a security perspective. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple complex activities at one time, ensuring Agile best practices, and fostering effective team collaboration.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Manage Jira and Confluence workflows, tracking, and reporting
• Oversee backlog health and work intake and collaborate with product owners on prioritization
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Identify and remove obstacles while fostering a high-performing Agile environment

 
Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple complex activities at one time
• Strong background in banking (commercial banking is a major plus)
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 
Nice-to-Have:

• Commercial banking experience
• Exposure to security and integration projects
