Job Summary
Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking Lead Actimize SAM Developer for its banking client upgrading SAM from version 9.2 to 10.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities include leading the SAM upgrade to completion, driving design, solution, and implementation. Hands-on with development and configurations while guiding 6-8 developers to drive the work. Additionally, this person will focus on documentation of stories and backlog prioritization, handle discretionary work like virtual currency monitoring, performance tuning, and PI planning. 

Required Skills:

• Senior level SAM experience including version 9.1 or above
• Experience in driving solution design, development, configurations, and implementation of a SAM upgrade
• Oracle database experience (query writing and performance tuning).
• Agile methodology experience.
• Banking industry experience.
• Strong communicator with the ability to lead conversations and maintain focus on deliverables.
• Results-driven, able to prioritize urgent tasks and avoid unnecessary discussions.
