Job Title: SailPoint IIQ/ISC Admin

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a SailPoint IIQ/ISC Admin for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients. This individual will be required to go on-site in a hybrid capacity in one of the following locations: Memphis, TN, Maryville, TN, Birmingham, AL, Lafayette, LA, New Orleans, LA, Charlotte, NC Raleigh, NC or Dallas, TX. This individual will play a key role in shaping our client’s security landscape. This individual’s expertise will be crucial in orchestrating application deployments, establishing robust connector configurations, and designing tailored rules to enhance the IAM structure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this individual will contribute to RBAC design, SailPoint migrations, audits and the daily running of the SailPoint environment. The focus for this role would be managing the SailPoint environment and ensuring a stable, secure environment for both SailPoint IIQ and ISC. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint products and modules.
  • Manage internal and external resources to execute the identified and approved Architecture and Detailed design, ensuring the Scope is captured in the Program Plan.
  • Develop a project plan to support implementation of SailPoint system with upstream authoritative data systems and downstream directories.
  • Manage development and delivery of administrative guides and runbooks that will support and enable SailPoint deployment.
  • Provide direction and technical expertise in access provisioning and identity governance.
  • Define, design, and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies.
  • Contribute to the health and optimization of the IAM platform.
  • IAM Tool Implementation:
    • Participate in designing, developing, and implementing IAM tools.
    • Work with SailPoint Identity and Access Management Suite.
    • Implement IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data Mining,

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a SailPoint Admin
    • Experience working in SailPoint IIQ and/or SailPoint ISC
  • Experience in design, installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint products and modules.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance principles and concepts.
  • Proficient in managing applications integrations and migrations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the migration from SailPoint IIG to SailPoint ISC
