Job Title: Risk Program Manager

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Risk Program manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients in Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland, OH or Charlotte, NC. This individual will be responsible for producing management reporting slide decks, including key business information such as Monthly business Reviews, Initiative Risk Assessments and Committee materials. Ideally, this individual will cultivate a deep understand of key risk management frameworks, such as Products and Services Risk Assessments and Issues Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, produce and maintain slide decks for key business initiatives including:
  • Monthly Business Reviews
  • Initiative Risk Assessments
  • Committee Meeting Materials
• Demonstrate the ability to distill information and key messages in a professional format.
• Drive the delivery of projects including:
  • Risk Assessments
  • Team Initiatives
  • Corrective actions for issues.
• Cultivating a deep understand of key risk management frameworks including:
  • Products and Services Risk Assessment
  • Issues Management
• Track work in process across the team, ensuring prioritization is maintained and followed.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Program Leader and/or Process Improvement environment.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to clearly and concisely summarize and report information.
• Prove ability to be highly organized.
• Structured, critical thinker and problem solver.
• Capability to work independently and navigate through a complex and growing organization.
• Experience presenting to executive level business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Experience working for a large consulting organization or having a consultant like mindset.
