Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support Issue Management, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Remediation across our IT and Cyber Security organizations. This role involves coordinating with Internal Audit, Segment Risk, and technical teams to track and drive resolution of issues on time and in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive issue management and risk remediation efforts in partnership with IT, Cyber Security, Risk, and Audit teams.

• Coordinate action plans, milestones, and documentation for audit and regulatory deliverables.

• Track progress of open issues, ensure data integrity, and report status to leadership.

• Support audits, exams, and compliance reviews by preparing and submitting required materials.

• Help update and maintain IT governance policies, standards, and procedures.

• Build strong relationships across technology, risk, and compliance functions.

• Facilitate meetings and occasionally lead initiatives or special projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive tasks to completion.

• Experience in IT governance, cyber risk, compliance, or issue management preferred.
