Overview:
We’re seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support reporting and data transformation efforts within Commercial Loan Services. The immediate focus is migrating a large Microsoft Access database to SQL Server, along with ongoing support for reporting tools and data processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Migrate legacy MS Access databases to SQL Server, including data modeling and transformation.

Develop and maintain reports using Tableau, Crystal Reports, and Access.

Use SQL, SAS, and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.

Support production reporting environments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Collaborate with business teams to deliver actionable insights.

Document data flows, logic, and technical processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience in data analysis or reporting.

Hands-on with Microsoft Access (queries, forms, VBA).

Proficient in SQL, SAS, and/or Python.

Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Tableau.

Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience supporting production environments.
Preferred:
-
Background in banking, finance, or commercial lending.
-
Familiarity with loan servicing systems and regulatory reporting.

Experience with ETL and data warehousing concepts.
-
Agile/Scrum experience.
