Project Manager #1– Capability Planning & Delivery Model
Location – 100% Remote
Role Purpose
This Project Manager will lead 2 key project workstreams including capability planning & delivery model workstream, with responsibility for developing and maintaining the enterprise AI roadmap, managing the use-case inventory, and building prioritization frameworks. The role also ensures that AI hubs integrate seamlessly into delivery models to maximize reuse and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream: Capability Planning
Identify and assess AI/automation/agentic capability needs to support short- and long-term business requirements. Ensure capabilities are sequenced to maximize reuse, reduce redundancy, and accelerate adoption.
- Planning & roadmap development
- Lead creation and maintenance of the enterprise AI capability roadmap, ensuring proper sequencing and alignment across hubs.
- Translate high-level AI strategy into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
- Use case inventory mgmt
- Maintain and update the AI/Automation/Agentic use-case inventory (400+ identified opportunities).
- Rationalize, categorize, and align use cases with enterprise capability needs and business priorities.
- Prioritization & scoring model
- Develop and implement a prioritization scoring framework to evaluate AI opportunities consistently.
- Partner with governance, business owners, and operating model teams to ensure scoring criteria reflect enterprise priorities. Workstream: Delivery Model Planning & EnablementQualifications
- Operating Model
- Define how AI hubs integrate into enterprise delivery models to ensure standardized processes and scalable adoption.
- Enable reusable assets and delivery approaches that reduce fragmentation and accelerate solution delivery.
- Partner with OpEx, IT, Risk, and Business Owners to embed AI hubs into the product/value-stream operating model.
- 7+ years of project management in data, AI/analytics, or digital transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience in roadmapping, capability planning, and portfolio prioritization.
- Familiarity with enterprise operating models and integration of data/AI functions.
- Understanding of AI hubs, reusable assets, and federated delivery frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across technical and business groups.
- Knowledge of AWS data/AI environments desirable.
