Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Summary:
The Production Support Analyst ensures the stability and performance of critical applications by diagnosing and resolving system issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing improvements. This role involves monitoring production environments, managing incident tickets, and collaborating with vendors, administrators, and end users to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve application and data issues; escalate to vendors when needed.

• Respond to incident tickets and user requests in a timely manner.

• Perform operational checks, including log and job monitoring.

• Maintain accurate technical and user documentation.

• Track and report on application health and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in SQL (reading/writing queries).

• Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for application/server monitoring.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS configurations, and log analysis.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
