Job Title: IT Infrastructure Integration Program Manager

Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Integration Program Manager leads the planning and execution of infrastructure integration programs resulting from mergers and acquisitions within the Banking and Financial Services sector. This role ensures seamless consolidation of systems, networks, data centers, and cloud environments to support secure, compliant, and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure integration for M&A initiatives, covering data centers, networks, servers, storage, cloud, and end-user solutions.

• Oversee program governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management to achieve Legal Day One and Conversion Day One milestones.

• Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

• Provide strategic updates to executive leadership and the M&A Integration Office on progress, risks, and financials.

• Manage and guide project managers responsible for specific integration workstreams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 7+ years of program management experience.

• Strong background in IT infrastructure integration, ideally from banking or financial services M&A.

• Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, and project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
