Job Title: Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Integration

Summary:
The Senior Project Manager leads critical IT infrastructure integration projects supporting Huntington’s growth-through-acquisition strategy. This role focuses on merging the physical, technological, and operational environments of acquired institutions to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including data center, network, cloud, and end-user system integration.

• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery to meet Legal Day One and Conversion Day One milestones.

• Coordinate with program leadership, IT teams, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

• Oversee project documentation, risk management, and status reporting using ServiceNow PPM and standard project methodologies.

• Communicate project updates and risks clearly to technology leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience (2+ years at a senior level).

• Experience in banking or financial services, ideally with M&A infrastructure integration.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP certification and ServiceNow PPM experience preferred.
