Location: Cleveland, OH – Onsite 3 days a week
Duration: 12-months Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to support an ATM initiative for a banking client. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving requirements gathering and documentation across a highly integrated environment.

Top Responsibilities:

• Document current and future state processes at both technical and functional levels.
• Lead requirements elicitation, especially non-functional requirements, and translate business needs into detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience leading elicitation efforts, including non-functional requirements.
• Banking industry experience is required (ATM, Cards, or related Payments experience is a strong plus).
• Strong skills in organizing documentation and communicating both technical and functional gap analyses (current vs. future state).
• Experience with large-scale integration projects (e.g., 30+ integration points).
• Experience and comfortable working in Waterfall environments
• Understanding of SQL data movement, file formats, and data interpretation (no SQL coding required).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ATM systems.
• Familiarity with MS Project
