Senior IT Business Architect 

We are seeking a strategic Senior IT Business Architect to align banking business goals with modern technology capabilities. This role leads enterprise architecture efforts, drives digital and application modernization, and guides the bank’s transformation from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail, Commercial, Risk, and Compliance teams to shape enterprise architecture aligned to business strategy.
• Develop business capability models, value streams, and process architectures for financial services.
• Lead application modernization, including legacy assessments, cloud adoption, and transition to modern architectures (APIs, microservices, containers).
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure cohesive delivery of modernized systems.
• Facilitate workshops to identify capability gaps, regulatory considerations, and transformation opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, investment prioritization, and IT portfolio governance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, cloud?native platforms, low?code tools) for operational and strategic value.
