Job Title: Change Manager

Overview

The Change Manager leads organizational change management (OCM) efforts to support the successful adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role partners closely with executives, stakeholders, and field teams to assess impacts, develop and execute change strategies, and drive organizational readiness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Strategy & Execution
    Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned to program objectives, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
    Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and field teams to build alignment, manage expectations, and drive engagement throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Impact Assessment & Readiness
    Assess organizational impacts, identify risks, and develop readiness strategies including training, communications, and deployment support.

  • Communication & Messaging
    Create and deliver clear, compelling communications tailored to executive and employee audiences, ensuring consistent messaging across all levels.

  • Governance, Metrics & Reporting
    Establish change governance frameworks and track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and overall program effectiveness.

  • Field Enablement & Adoption
    Drive adoption through training programs, change champion networks, feedback loops, and ongoing support mechanisms.

  • Continuous Improvement
    Gather feedback, monitor outcomes, and refine change strategies to improve adoption and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within large-scale transformation programs
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations
