Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. This role serves as the technical owner for projects, partnering closely with business and engineering teams to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust applications in Agile or Waterfall environments
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead technical delivery and own end-to-end solution design
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Experience with Kafka, JSON, and API integration frameworks
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud architectures
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, or DB2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform
• Familiarity with GCP services (e.g., Cloud Run, BigQuery)
• Knowledge of IBM technologies (DataPower, IIB/ACE, MQ)
• Experience with API tools (Swagger, JAX-RS) and authentication (JWT)
• Background in fraud technology or financial services
• Prior experience leading development teams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
