Role: Application Support Manager
Our client, a growing bank is looking to build their application support team in Dallas. This team partners with various business partners both internal and external to provide support of incident management, problem resolution and escalation.
We are looking for experienced managers who thrive in a colloborative enviornment with strong customer centric mindset. Strong ability to multitaks and juggle multiple deadlines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years managment experience in a role supporting: App support, QA, help desk or another IT focused team.
- Manage daily work loads and scheduling for staff
- Serve as point of escalation for any support issues
- Lead develop and mentor staff
- Provides leadership to a Team that provides application support to assigned application
- Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with external vendors on problem or incident resolution and research
- Support product releases
- There will be an on-call component to this role and the team on a revolving basis.
- Provide ongoing support to assigned applications.
- 5+ years management experience with 8+ years in IT related role
- Bachelors degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong Communication skills
