Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring a Sr Business Analyst – Process & Operations to support integration activities for a large east coast based bank. The focus will be on process flows, gap analysis, new client onboarding, risk and data migrations between the two organizations.

Overview

• • Risk and Control oversight with ORM/ERM and compliance requirements and process or integration experience for Investments & Trust fiduciary business to assist the business assess current procedures and controls and help the business draft process and procedures related to Investments & Trust Fiduciary businesses.
  • Risk and Control oversight with ORM/ERM and compliance requirements and process or integration experience for broker dealer/investment advisor business to assist the business assess current procedures and controls and help the business draft process and procedures related to broker dealer/register investment advisor businesses.
  • Risk and control oversight of data migration of integration of approx. 57 systems to ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Governance Office (EDGO) & Privacy policies, for data impact assessments (DIAs), privacy Impact assessments (PIA) and quality data testing is satisfactorily completed prior to migration. 
  • Business analyst to assist the project team track for approx. 1,330 control assessments for 46 technology and business vendors including 3PCRM, accessibility, control gap assessments (CGAs), Technology asset risk assessments (TARA), remediation oversight, etc.
  • Internal audit, regulatory exams, issues management remediation and reporting is expected to double through the integration periods.  Wealth Investments & Trust, BD/RIA and Banking & Lending business experience and audit/regulatory exam coordination & reporting experience preferred.
