Job Summary:

Heitmeyer’s west coast banking client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to help optimize the way they do real estate appraisals. This role requires a hybrid model on-site in San Francisco 3 days a week.

Job Description:

The selected professional will be responsible for documentation of data flow, process flow, and business workflows. This individual will identify and develop procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements as well as prepare agile user stories and work with various stakeholders (business, technology, and vendors).

Required Skills:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst and/or Business Process related role
  • Banking or Financial Services experience
  • Proficient in defining, designing, and implementing business process-based solutions for systems
  • Skilled in using Visio
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams building products using agile methodology
  • Must be on-site 3 days a week

Preferred Skills (nice-to-have):

  • Knowledge / experience in commercial appraisals
