Job Title: Director, Marketing and CRM Technology
Location: Phoenix, AZ/ Las Vegas, NV/ Dallas, TX 

 

What you’ll do:

Responsible for defining the overall technical strategy for the Marketing and CRM technology ecosystem. This role encompasses aspects of a Technical Architect, Data Architect, and Business Subject Matter Expert. This role owns the design of all functional and technical aspects of marketing solutions and communication with other company departments.
 

Essential Job Functions:

    • Architecting and designing marketing and sales technology solutions that bridge business and technology requirements and ensure usability, accessibility, and performance
    • Work with platform and data-specific architects to design complex cross-channel solutions that involve the integration of various Marketing Technology platforms (Digital Messaging/Campaign Management, Database, CMS, Web Analytics, Decisioning, Personalization, CRM, and Business Intelligence platforms, Customer Lookup Applications, vendors/application, and sizing)
    • In partnership with Enterprise Architecture, accountable for the underlying technology solution architecture
    • Lead technology conversations with Sr. Management to present innovative tech strategies to client senior leadership teams including new technology adoption, upgrades of existing technology tools to improve overall operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • 10 – 15 Years in B2B Marketing Technology
    • Ability to bridge business & technical requirements to provide a cohesive, seamless solution to scale and perform
    • Ability to develop a viable, scalable, and integrated technology blueprint across all areas of marketing and sales technology with feasible technology choices that meet the Marketing Business Unit requirements and fit in with existing technology
    • Ability to wear multiple technology hats across systems integration, technology consulting, and technology solution design and architecture
    • Ability to participate in and lead technology discussions with internal clients
    • Experience in leading large-scale technology implementations including an understanding of scoping, estimation, and managing timeline/budget
    • Experience in legacy migration and re-platform of technology solutions
    • Understanding of evolving Privacy landscape
    • Hands-on delivery experience with at least one of the major MarTech vendors – Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, Google
    • Experience working with Data Solutions
    • Enterprise-level content management systems such as AEM sites, Drupal
    • Integration of real-time site optimization, test, and target in tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, SFMC Interaction Studio
    • Tag management in tools like Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch
