Job Title: Encompass Administrator

Location:  Remote

Duration:  Contract to Hire

Job Summary:

Heitmeyer Consulting has an immediate opening for a Encompass Administrator to engage with one of our banking clients. 

Job Description:

In this role, you will be the bank SME for all things related to Encompass. 

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Configuration changes
  • Providing user support / troubleshooting
  • Training for Encompass users – this is specific feature training and not end to end new user training.

Required skills:

  • Solid experience as an Encompass user / admin – Certification is a plus but is not required.
  • VB and / or C#
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Prior API experience – nice to have.
  • Ability to do simple SQL queries – nice to have.
  • Visio – nice to have.
  • Superior people skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
