Job Title: Financial Systems Admin

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Financial Systems Admin for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Tampa, FL(REMOTE). The selected candidate will be responsible for the admin responsibilities associated with applicable systems in the payment portal. This individual will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and communicate with vendor representatives to improve customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Test setting and work on fixes or daily error logs of applicable systems.
  • Working with vendor representatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide tier 1 and 2 support for NetSuite and affiliated third-party products.
  • Provide tier 1 and 2 support for Boomi integrations related to the financial system stack.
  • Assist in developing and improving financial business processes and internal procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong SQL Database knowledge.
  • Experience pulling reports from excel and other reporting systems.
  • Strong communication skills to partner with business stakeholders.
  • Experience working as a Project Lead or Project Manager
  • Ability to work with senior leadership to discuss budgetary allowances/restrictions.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a financial systems environment.
    • Experience working in the payments space or on a payments platform.
