Job Title: IS Support Analyst

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking an IS Support Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of incoming support tickets, user access changes, and documentation of the IS team procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Assists the IS team in performing annual access reviews, BC/DR documentation updates, and resolving support issues.
• Provision access to systems based on tickets in a cue.
• Administer and configure systems to support security best-practice user profile updates an password resets, research and testing functionality.

Job Qualifications

• Experience working in a IT help desk environment.
• Interest in entering a security organization.
• Strong, professional communication and collaborations skills.
• Basic technical background
