Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager a contract to hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients. A successful candidate will an analytical background. The Marketing Analytics Team supports the organization by providing data-driven insights and quantitative strategies that elevate Marketing execution and delivery.
1. Analytics Experience (SQL, SAS, Dataiku, data mining)
2. Experience partnering with or working in marketing (does not need a marketer, but an analytical person)
3. Banking/Retail experience
This candidate will have 2 analyst that report to them. They are still in the process of building out this team. They will do some light coding initially, but that will become less as they bring on more analysts.
The Marketing Analytics Team supports the organization by providing data-driven insights and quantitative strategies that elevate Marketing execution and delivery. The Marketing Analytics Manager is accountable for assisting in the development of these strategies and executing the accompanying analytical agenda. This individual will directly engage the Marketing organization in providing strategically actionable insights while developing analytical and computational products that enhance acquisition, sales and brand marketing performance. This position works with leaders within the Marketing organization while collaborating with Enterprise Data Science and Analytics counterparts.
Essential Job Functions
Marketing support: Provides reporting, analysis, strategic insights and recommendations that improve Marketing performance. Develops and maintains analytic tools that aid in identifying actionable opportunities and generating insights. Works with leaders to develop an evolving series of analytical inquiries that, by answering, will inform and guide Marketing actions.
