Job Title: Program Manager
Location:  100% Remote

Job Summary

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring a Program Manager to join one of our bank clients.  This individual will be the key leader of the strategic direction for the upgrade of a highly customized lower version of the Black Knight Empower platform to a new version of the same platform. In the role, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital loan origination systems, Black Knight Empower preferred, and will work closely with senior level stakeholders to set / manage expectations, timelines and a deliverables roadmap. 


  • Key business side leader as it relates to establishing the strategic direction of the project effort.
  • Work closely with senior level stakeholders to ensure adherence to agreed upon timelines and roadmaps. 
  • Drive delivery and implementation of the work to completion and serve as the Product Owner going forward.
  • Refine / establish the organizational structure to support the current implementation and all future implementations.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience working with senior level stakeholders involved with an LOS upgrade / implementation.
  • Deep mortgage loan origination experience with a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of a loan
  • Black Knight Empower experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience leading multiple large project efforts involving numerous stakeholders and cross team dependencies.
  • Strong technical acumen as it relates to LOS implementation.
  • Prior vendor relationship management is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills – A Driver
  • Superior collaboration / influencer skills
  • Must be a team player.
