Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Regional Relationship Banker to join it’s banking client as a direct employee to nurture, grow, and manage a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients. This role requires periodic on-site in the Montgomery, Alabama area and frequent travel regionally.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in a banking servicing and sales-oriented role
• Experienced in working with business clientele, personalizing their banking solutions, and cross-selling 
• Well-versed in business core deposits and loans
• Skilled in working with commercial clientele.
• Able to travel regionally to meet clients face to face and comfortable going into an office.
• Proven portfolio of business and innovative thinker on how to grow and structure it. 
  Solid attention to detail, good listening skills, and engaged personality.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
