Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant who has proven experience authoring compelling RFP (Request for Proposals) and possesses some knowledge around Teller/BIC platforms as that is the initiative the Bank is undertaking. The initiative relates to a new enterprise wide Teller/BIC platform. 
Qualified candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with experience with Teller/BIC platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the client teller/BIC environment from both a technical as well as business/operational perspective.
• Interface with various levels of Management to understand the issues/limitations with the current platform and attributes/functionality desired of any new platform.
• Create professional level RFP to be published to requested companies in the marketplace providing such platforms
• Review the proposals, request any additional information from the submitting vendors; provide summary document to the Client
• ??Research product functionality and product roadmap to accurately address the clients ask.
• Act as the SME from a Financial and Banking product suite standpoint.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience putting together and moving through the RFP process.
• Understanding of BIC/Teller systems – with exposure to variety of systems highly desired.
• Ability to research the marketplace for Companies providing such platforms
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal organizations
• Excellent written and communication skills
• 8+ years in a high level role responsible for RFP creation from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of FIS product suite, specifically BIC, Digital 1 and Teller Insight.
• Extensive experience with Risk Management and Risk assessment.
