  • You understand the user-centered design process • You understand interaction design best practices and how to work with patterns and design systems
  • You are familiar with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility best practices
  • You understand specialized UX skillsets including experience strategy, design research, interaction design, visual design, content strategy, and UI development
  • You are ready to join and contribute to an optimistic design culture

As an Interaction Designer, you will:

  • Translate user and business needs into experiences that drive a specific outcome
  • Design user flows, IA models, conceptual models, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Gather design inputs, conducts discovery, and partners with strategists and researchers to address knowledge gaps
  • Lead projects in an agile environment from idea to implementation
  • Organize work product presentations and feedback sessions with stakeholders
  • Communicate design principles and rationale in plain language
  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, brand managers, IT teams, analytics teams, and digital leadership
  • Learn how people think about their money and how they interact with financial service providers
  • Be coached and supported by design leaders invested in your success

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design, information systems, digital communication, human factors or human-computer interaction, library sciences, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 (mid) 5 (senior) years of experience in designing digital experiences
