Heitmeyer has banking client that has a need within their Program Management Office for a Regulatory Project Manager. If you are ambitious and have the drive to lead project documentation and coordinate responses to regulatory agencies, we would love to meet you!
Job Description:
The Regulatory Project Manager will be responsible for leading regulatory projects and supporting all aspects of program documentation to respond to regulatory inquiries and actions. This individual will interface with many stakeholders including line of business partners, legal, compliance, technology and operations to fulfill these projects.
Location:
- Hermitage, PA – require 5 days/week on-site
Top Required Skills:
- Must have solid Project Management experience – prefer 3+ years – working on regulatory support and response is very beneficial.
- Proven record successfully managing projects with responsibilities that include:
- Capturing all documentation from impacted LOB partners.
- Confirming with Compliance colleagues on applicability of responses.
- Develop all reporting and dashboards to support status views.
- Ensure files organized within proper SharePoint files and structure.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders – line of business partners, technology support, compliance and legal contacts.
- Senior-level communication with High EQ – ability to present to senior leadership and across all levels within the bank.
- Action-oriented individual to take lead on pushing through roadblocks and hitting milestones.
Nice-to-have:
- Background within financial services would be extremely beneficial but not required – need to be able to navigate across partners including LOB, InfoSec, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance.
- Regulatory project experience – can be from any industry.
Top Responsibilities:
- Utilize current structure around project plans, resource requirements, timelines and budget impacts to capture program updates.
- Oversee project execution and ensure on-budget deliverables and quality standards.
- Report & Track Status – provide updates and reporting around all program aspects for senior leadership.
- Raise & Resolve Risks/Issues independently
- Drive excellence and lead with urgency
- Interface with all stakeholders – LOB partners, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance.
