Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically fluent Strategic Program Manager to lead a critical, multi-phase digital initiative. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership while orchestrating alignment across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams. This role will guide execution through complex technical dependencies and workstreams in support of 2026 transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
? Program Strategy & Execution
- Translate high-level vision into an executable, phased program roadmap
- Maintain ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
- Define and manage program deliverables, escalate blockers, and drive accountability to critical milestones
- Balance long-term strategy with tactical execution across interdependent initiatives
? Cross-Functional Leadership
- Facilitate collaboration across siloed teams (architecture, sales, fraud, engineering, pricing, implementation)
- Ensure ongoing alignment with product feature roadmaps and downstream stakeholder communication
- Identify and resolve cross-platform technical dependencies (identity, API gateways, Okta, backend migrations)
? Risk Management & Delivery Governance
- Track key risks, issues, and dependencies across the program lifecycle
- Create and maintain escalation protocols and mitigation plans
- Coordinate UAT alignment, roadmap sequencing, and market rollout timing
? Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership
- Deliver clear, actionable updates, decisions, and recommendations
- Surface trade-offs and decision points with clarity and confidence
? Thought Partnership & Problem Solving
- Offer proactive input into architectural decisions and delivery strategies
- Navigate ambiguity through structured analysis, scenario planning, and cross-team facilitation
- Champion efficient communication, transparency, and value-driven prioritization
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in program or delivery management within fast-paced tech, product, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Exceptional leadership and ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, cross-functional settings
- Strong technical acumen; comfortable working closely with engineers and architects
- Experience with identity platforms, API ecosystems, infrastructure strategy, or platform modernization efforts
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for cascading impacts and organizational interdependencies
- High emotional intelligence, with a proven track record of stakeholder influence and team guidance
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration tools such as Excel, Miro, Power BI, Jira, or Digital.ai
