Summary
Lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope. Facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, coach Agile practices, and ensure transparency through effective reporting and communication.
Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.

Coach teams and Product Owners in Agile mindset and backlog management.

Remove blockers and escalate issues for quick resolution.

Ensure alignment with enterprise release standards.

Maintain clear communication within and across teams.

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Track progress using appropriate tools and metrics.
Qualifications
-
Required: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years Agile experience.

Preferred: Certified Scrum Master; experience with Confluence, Gherkin, and Microsoft Office; strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.

Background in project management, business analysis, or IT support preferred.
