Overview
We are seeking two Loan Support Specialists to join our high-volume home lending operations team on a 4-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate with strong communication skills and at least one year of business experience — a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
You will play a key role in supporting processors by executing operational tasks such as ordering verifications of employment (VOE), homeowners insurance, and title orders across a pipeline of approximately 2,000 loans per month.
Key Responsibilities

Order and track verifications of income, employment, and homeowners insurance.

Communicate directly with third-party vendors, title companies, and other contacts as needed.

Work within an Excel-based tool that facilitates ordering and tracking for processors.

Provide prompt and professional communication via email and fax.

Support a fast-paced, task-oriented environment with requests coming from Home Lending Advisors (HLAs).
Qualifications

1+ year of professional/business experience; recent college grads encouraged to apply.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with business operations or lending environments is a plus.

Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbus, OH.
