We are seeking a Sr. Portfolio Analyst to support a financial institution’s PMO in leveraging ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) for portfolio planning, execution, and reporting. This role bridges the business and technology teams, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for leadership and project delivery teams. The candidate will help transition reporting and workflows from Word and Excel into ServiceNow, configure dashboards, and enable adoption across the organization.

We are seeking a Sr. Portfolio Analyst to support a financial institution’s PMO in leveraging ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) for portfolio planning, execution, and reporting. This role bridges the business and technology teams, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for leadership and project delivery teams. The candidate will help transition reporting and workflows from Word and Excel into ServiceNow, configure dashboards, and enable adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SPM subject matter expert to support portfolio planning, execution, and delivery.
- Test, validate, and enhance SPM features and reporting functionality.
- Track portfolio progress, optimize resources, and monitor financial performance using SPM.
- Configure dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Define portfolio KPIs and metrics with EPMO teams to enable data-driven decisions.
- Train and support EPMO professionals to drive SPM adoption and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (administration, reporting, and functionality enhancements).
- Experience working with senior management and executive-level stakeholders (non-C-Suite).
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills; able to work independently and figure things out.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
