Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development, with the ability to facilitate meetings and elicit design requirements. Experience in the financial services sector and proficiency in Azure DevOps and MS Teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead meetings to gather and document design requirements from stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive user stories.
- User Story Development: Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Business Use Cases: Develop and document business use cases to support project objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking and managing project tasks and MS Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and elicit design requirements.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project management and tracking.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and user story development.
- Experience in developing business use cases.
- Proficient in using MS Teams for collaboration and communication.
Nice-To-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in banking or related financial services.
- Experience with ARGO Teller systems.
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
